The “Dickel Tickle”
Why we chose this private barrel: Floral, maple syrup, caramelized oak, and pecan pie on the nose. There is vanilla, spice and leather with an intriguing note of ocean breeze.
This bourbon is medium bodied – spicy. With notes of burned sugar, sweet corn, leather, dark berries, orange peel, soft vanilla and brandied cherry. There is a soft and sweet tobacco note backed up with ripe oak tannin, saline and mineral. All leading to a beautiful, long finish that lasts for several minutes with toasted pecans, baked apple and caramel round out for a very smooth finish. – 103 Proof

Crown Royal Hand Selected Barrel
Why we chose this private barrel: Flavorful creamy notes, combined with the rich oak undertones from maturing in American oak barrels, give this whisky a smoothness that is unmistakably the heart of the Crown Royal blend.

Check out this beauty we just got in after months of anticipation! This Hungarian oak barrel was hand-selected by our Spirits team for its unique flavor profile. Maker's Mark Cask Strength Private Blend
The Molly’s team hit the Kentucky Bourbon Trail in search of the best bourbon, and in the process wound up at Maker’s Mark blending their own. This single barrel is completely custom to Molly’s!
The Molly’s team chose 10 oak finishing staves for the barrel – 4 Seared French Cuvée staves, 5 Roasted French Mocha staves, and 1 Toasted French Spice stave.
The Seared French Cuvee staves provide oaky, caramel roasted/toasted flavors, while the Roasted French Mocha staves give char, maple, and cacao characteristics. The Toasted French Spice stave brings in smoke, coumarin, and spice.
This single barrel will hit the shelves at 3pm on Saturday, March 11th, at our Free Single Barrel Maker’s Mark Tasting & Release Party!
