Molly’s Winter Boulevardier
Our spirits team helped us put a Molly’s twist on the Boulevardier cocktail!
Boulevardier 101: It is traditionally composed of whiskey, sweet vermouth, and Campari. Often called a fall cousin to the Negroni, the Boulevardier subs in bourbon whiskey or rye whiskey for gin.
3 Key Ingredients For Molly’s Boulevardier
- We used Bear Creek’s Rye Whiskey produced right here in Denver, Colorado.
- We swapped out Campari for Aperol. Aperol is an aperitif like Campari, but less bitter, milder, and contains less alcohol.
- We added a few dashes of Strongwater Amores – Chocolate Vanilla Bitters (Hey! Boulevardier means a wealthy, fashionable socialite, so get your fancy on.)
