Bar supplies:

  • Highball glass
  • Muddler
  • Stir spoon
  • Ice

Preparation:

Muddle apple slices and fresh rosemary in the bottom of a glass and pour in Cointreau. Add freshly-squeezed lime juice, ice and club soda and stir. Garnish this herbal cocktail with a rosemary sprig and a slice of apple and enjoy!
