80 degree weather is in the forecast. Grab your mint and muddler, it’s time to put this classic mojito recipe with white rum to the test! This mojito rum recipe serves one.

Classic Mojito Recipe Supplies:

Jigger
Collins glass or highball glass
Cocktail shaker
Muddle
Stir spoon
Ice cubes

Ingredient	Amount
White Rum	2 ounces
Lime Juice	3/4 ounce (about 1 lime)
Mint Leaves	8 leaves
Simple Syrup	1 ounce
Club Soda	1 ounce (to top off)
Mint Sprig	Garnish
Lime Wheel	Garnish

Preparation:

Muddle mint leaves in cocktail shaker. Add ice, rum, lime juice and simple syrup and shake. Strain into ice-filled highball or Collins glass. Top with soda and garnish with a sprig of mint and lime wheel.
