“In our range, we lacked a Blanc de Blancs. We wanted to add one to the family, yet preserve the House style. It offers both the finesse of the Côte des Blancs and the structure of the Montagne de Reims. I thoroughly enjoyed creating this wine.” – Odilon de Varine, Cellarmaster
The fine and steady bubbles rise gracefully to the surface. The color is pale golden. The nose, both mineral and floral, reveals aromas of flowers, white fruits, apricots, Mirabelle plum and very light notes of lemon, citrus fruits, quince jelly, honey and star anise. In the mouth, one will be seduced by the saltiness and iodine touch typical to the champenois terroir. White flowers mingle with a hint of toastiness. A silky and harmonious sensation for this crisp and structured champagne.
