A featured cocktail from The Big Eat 2021, the Big Drink from Avanti F&B is a fruity frozen vodka cocktail that epitomizes summer. Adorable mini milk jug optional but highly recommended.

Ingredients

8 oz Tito’s Vodka
3 oz Peach Schnapps
8 oz Orange Juice
8 oz Cranberry Juice
2 oz Crème de Cassis
4 cups ice

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Divide into 4 servings. Top each drink with a splash of cranberry juice to create a “sunset” effect in the glass.
