Damaged / Defective Product: ex: corked wine, flat beer, broken bottle or broken seal

- Exchange for same product (if out of stock, we will issue credit toward another product)
- Must have the original receipt and/or a Rewards Membership showing the purchase
- Returns over $50 will be at the Department Managers discretion

- Product must be in saleable condition/undamaged. The seal must be unbroken and all labels must be intact (ex: no water damage, peeled labels etc.)
- Must have the original receipt and/or a Rewards Membership showing the purchase
- No Refunds / Store Credit Only on Molly’s Gift Card
- Refunds only on large event orders
- Returns over $50 will be at the Department Managers discretion
