A true beer enthusiast knows that beer isn’t just beer. There are many differences between craft beer and mass-produced beer, including:

• Appearance – Craft beer is offered in a variety of colors, depending on the type of brew. Mass-produced beers often have a pale color with a short-lasting head, while craft beer has a crisp head with a lasting taste.
  
  
• Taste – A specific flavor is the target for the taste of craft beer. You’ll notice the sharp flavors, usually served between 50 to 55 degrees Fahrenheit to bring out the taste even more.
  
  
• Production – Made with hand-selected ingredients, craft beer is usually produced in smaller batches. Mass-produced beer often used rice or corn instead of traditional hops, while craft beer never skips on flavor.
