Molly’s is located in Colorado, United State of America.  Our Website is only intended for users located in Colorado, and is designed to accept orders from users located in Colorado who are over the age of 21 only.

 

Under California law (California Civil Code Section 1798.83), upon request Molly’s is required to disclose to California customers the identity of any third parties to whom we have disclosed their personal within the previous calendar year, along with the type of personal information disclosed, for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. Molly's Spirits reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time to increase or decrease the total number of sent messages.
