December Brewery of the Month - Lone Tree Brewing Co.

Lone Tree Brewing Company first opened their doors in 2011 near Park Meadows Mall as the first brewery in Lone Tree, Colorado. Their focus on the neighborhood and creating a family-friendly environment is not just a priority but a norm within their walls.  With regular hostings on-site for community events that gather around a stylistically diverse lineup of flagship, seasonal, and limited release beers, this place is rocking and rolling year-around.

They have long been rooted in the Lone Tree community and are proud to have evolved their business beyond the tasting room with various packaged offerings. For example, their canned beers— which include year-round brands Peach Pale Ale, Red Ale, Double IPA, and Mexican Lager, along with seasonals like Cucumber Wheat and Vanilla Caramel Amber— are customer favorites at both Molly’s Spirits locations.  As a local favorite, it’s our esteemed pleasure to partner with Lone Tree Brewing Company for December’s Brewery of the Month.

Peach Pale Ale

Lone Tree Brewing Co’s Peach Pale Ale provides aromatic hops that are joined by freshly ripened peaches pair perfectly to provide pale ale seekers a refreshing take on an American classic. Citrus aromas from Northwest hops and the finest pale malts from the Midwest blend seamlessly to craft this hand-picked ale. This pale ale pours deep golden with a medium body, approachable bitterness and delectable stone fruit flavor that has you coming back for more.

Red Ale

Lone Tree Brewing Company’s Red Ale is a dark, full-bodied, Irish-Style red ale. They use crystal and chocolate malts combined to reveal a pleasant roasted caramel flavor with a light toasted finish. Supplemented by english hops that deliver balanced notes of woody fruit tree without bitterness. This Red Ale pours deep amber with a quaffable biscuity-quality, light toffee sweetness, and roasty finish.

Mexican Lager

Lone Tree Brewing Co produced one of Colorado’s first canned Mexican-style lagers! They brew their Mexican Lager with malt, hops, water, yeast, and a touch of flaked corn. This lager is clean and easy drinking-perfect for any activity from mowing the lawn to shoveling snow and all seasons in between. Feeling like a couch day or a morning out on the slopes watching friends? It’s great for that too. This Mexican Lager pours brilliant straw color with a crisp, clean body, and refreshing finish.
