Denver Art Museum's 2017 Uncorked Reserve Wine Pairings Thu, Dec 01, 22 | wine Molly’s Spirits is a proud sponsor of this year’s Uncorked Reserve 2017. Uncorked is the Denver Art Museum’s spring fundraising event benefiting the museum’s exhibitions and programs. It’s a two-tiered event that includes Uncorked Reserve and the after party – Uncorked AFTERGLO. The evening includes a silent auction cocktail reception in the museum’s Duncan Pavilion, followed by a four-course plated dinner designed by Kevin Taylor Catering featuring exquisite wine and drink pairings with each course. After a live auction, guests are invited to join the Uncorked AFTERGLO party featuring live music and creative treats and cocktails! More information and tickets can be found here. In anticipation of this year’s event, we’ve put together a list of the wines being served throughout the evening with tasting notes and suggested food pairings for you to use as a guide for your own entertaining needs! These wines were carefully chosen in collaboration with our supplier partners, and will make an excellent addition to any cocktail or dinner party. Look for the shelf tags at Molly’s indicating the wine is a part of Uncorked Reserve and Uncorked AFTERGLO next time you’re in the store!
