Dirty Barbados Daiquiri
Shake liquid ingredients with ice and strain over rocks. Garnish with lie wedge and the sea salt.
*Syrup: Combine in saucepan 1 cup each cane sugar and water and a 2-3 inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled & sliced into coins. Heat and stir until sugar dissolved. Let steep and cool, then strain into jar. Refrigerate up to 2 weeks.
