This alcoholic Mexican hot chocolate cocktail combines bourbon with cocoa goodness, a kick of cayenne, and minty Brancamenta. Bar supplies: Mug Stir spoon Jigger Ingredient Amount Hot chocolate (powdered cocoa mixed with equal parts water & sweetened condensed milk) 6 ounces Cayenne 2 pinches Brancamenta 1.5 ounces (1 shot) Bourbon 1.5 ounces (1 shot) Mint sprig 1 for garnish Marshmallows 1 – 10 for garnish Preparation: Heat up powdered cocoa mixed with equal parts water and condensed milk and 2 pinches of cayenne. Pour into mug. Add the Brancamenta and bourbon. Garnish the boozy hot chocolate with the mint sprig and sprinkle with cayenne. Throw in as many marshmallows as you’d like and enjoy this alcoholic Mexican hot chocolate!
