Maui Brewing Co. is a fiercely local company; the MBC team are stewards of their communities and the ‘aina (land), and curators of the craft beer way of life. Founded in 2005, Maui Brewing Company is Hawaii’s largest craft brewery known for quality & innovation. MBC is based on Maui, with its grid-independent production brewery, full-service restaurant, and tasting room in Kihei, as well as restaurants in Lahaina (Maui), Kailua (Oahu), and Waikiki (Oahu).

Bikini Blonde Lager

A clean, crisp & refreshing Helles, perfect any time with a pale gold appearance andcaramel malt sweetness aroma. Finishes with a crisp and clean flavor with low bitterness.  Bikini Blonde is perfect for afternoons on weekends with friends and good times, preferably on a beach or at least pretending to be on one.!

Big Swell IPA

Big Swell IPA is a tropical citrus hop burst!  A deep gold appearance with aromatic hops showing floral and citrus notes that finish with smooth and satisfying piney hop notes.  The hops used are cascade, chinook, mosaic, citra, and simcoe. 

Da Hawaii Life Lager

Pale gold in color, the dry hopped light lager is brewed with Citra hops offering a clean citrus flavor with citrus and hop aroma. The low ABV of 4.6% and 8 IBUs makes this a perfect beer for backyard barbecues, family picnics, or beach days as we head into warmer weather.
