Molly’s Winter Boulevardier

Tue, Dec 13, 22  |  recipes

Our spirits team helped us put a Molly’s twist on the Boulevardier cocktail!

Boulevardier 101: It is traditionally composed of whiskey, sweet vermouth, and Campari. Often called a fall cousin to the Negroni, the Boulevardier cocktail subs in bourbon whiskey or rye whiskey for gin.

3 Key Ingredients for Molly’s Boulevardier Cocktail Recipe

  1. We used Bear Creek’s Rye Whiskey produced right here in Denver, Colorado.
  2. We swapped out Campari for Aperol. Aperol is an aperitif like Campari, but less bitter, milder, and contains less alcohol.
  3. We added a few dashes of Strongwater Amores – Chocolate Vanilla Bitters (Hey! Boulevardier means a wealthy, fashionable socialite, so get your fancy on.)
