Or, is it the hot, cold cocktail – temperature is one reason it is served in a copper mug. Using ginger liqueur and soda water rather than the traditional ginger beer, Molly’s Spirits Vodka Mule recipe is a delicious twist on the original and is a perfect summertime cocktail. This ginger liqueur Moscow Mule serves one. Bar supplies Copper mug Stir spoon (optional) Jigger Ice Ingredient Amount Colorado Vodka 2 ounces Lime Juice 1 ounce Barrow’s Ginger Liquer 1.5 ounces Club Soda 4 ounces Lime Wedge to garnish Preparation: Fill the copper mug with ice then pour vodka, lime juice, ginger liqueur, and soda water. If wanted, stir until ingredients are mixed, garnish with lime wedge and enjoy. A Twist: There are as many mules out there as there are copper mugs that have been ‘permanently borrowed’ from bars – that’s a lot! If vodka isn’t your thing, Molly’s Mule, or any mule, can be tweaked to include your favorite spirit.
