Bar supplies: Shaker Pint glass Jigger Ice Stirring Spoon (optional) Ingredient Amount Rum 1 1/2 ounces Orange Juice 1 ounces Lime Juice 1/2 ounces Pineapple Juice 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup Splash Soda Water To fill Orange 1 slice to garnish Maraschino Cherry 1 to garnish Preparation: Fill a shaker with ice then measure and add all the ingredients except the soda water and garnish. Shake the shaker until it is almost too cold to hold, or your arms are too tired to shake anymore. Fill a pint glass with ice and strain the mixture into it, filling the rest with soda water. Garnish and enjoy! Preparation: Play around with the rum you use, experimenting with white rums as well as aged rums. Also – play around with the glassware you use. For more of a fruity drink, use a hurricane glass. If you prefer, substitute a martini glass and serve this rum punch up, for more of a cocktail feel.
