Brewery of the Month for October - Denver Beer Co

Denver Beer Co. was born in the garages of its founders with a few batches of homebrew and a love for craft brewing. Serving only premium artisan ales and lagers, they utilize fresh ingredients and embrace both innovative and old world styles of beer. Similar to a farmer’s table, the beer selections change with the seasons; by brewing in small batches, they can ensure that a few old favorites are always on tap but new goodies greet visitors each month. Their brewery was founded on passion for high quality, flavorfully crafted beer, drawing inspiration from beer gardens of Bavaria while being 100% solar powered.  As a local favorite, we are proud to partner with Denver Beer Co. for Molly’s October’s Beer of the Month.

The Gold Lager is a 2018 Bronze Medal winner from the Craft Beer Awards in the Vienna Lager category and produces lovely caramel notes with a round, malty mouth finish.  This beer is not just extremely drinkable but finishes with Autumn and Halloween perfection- crisp, round, with hints of brown sugar to finish. 

Another highlight with a huge following is their Princess Yum Yum.  This Raspberry Kolsch is made with the traditional Kolsch process by fermenting ale yeast and finishing at cold temperatures.  They take this traditional Kolsch and ferment it with real raspberries for that beautiful rich, ruby-red color.  Princess Yum Yum has a refreshing fruity profile backed with a smooth, slightly tart finish.

Denver Beer Co. specializes in traditional hoppy IPAs, and their line up is sure to please any IPA fan.  The Incredible Pedal IPA is a consistent player on Denver Beer’s menu, and for good reason this medium bodied IPA with a hint of sweetness is an ideal option for the transition of Summer into Fall.  Grab a 6 pack on your way to a day of leaf peeping in the mountains!
