If a Caribbean vacation isn’t in the cards this year, National Piña Colada Day falls on July 10, so you still have a reason to relax and unplug with this recipe. It’s simple, refreshing and pairs nicely with a tropical getaway or poolside stay-cation! Ingredients 2 ounces rum 1 ounce pineapple juice 1 ounce cream of coconut 1/4 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice 1 1/2 cups ice Pineapple wedge (Optional, for garnish) Maraschino cherry (Optional, for garnish) Mini Umbrella (Optional, for garnish) Instructions Gather all of the ingredients. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into chilled glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry, pineapple wedge and mini umbrella. Serve and enjoy!
