This simple simple cocktail has a little more body than a true summer drink but is lighter than a Manhattan, making it a perfect compliment to Colorado’s unpredictable spring weather. With only 3 ingredients, it’s sure to liven up any quarantine happy hour! While most Negroni recipes call for equal parks gin, vermouth and Campari, ours invites an additional half ounce of The Block Distilling Co.‘s Summer Gin to the mix. This plays up the gin’s citrus notes beautifully and makes it even more refreshing. Campari is a liquor cabinet staple that can be enjoyed on its own but also takes home bartending to the next level. This sultry liqueur gives the drink its color and adds a layer of depth that is hard to beat. What You Need: 1.5 oz The Block Distilling Co. Summer Gin 1 oz Sweet Vermouth 1 oz Campari Orange Peel for Garnish Instructions: Add ingredients into a glass over ice and stir. Strain over a large cube in a rocks glass.
