September Brewery of the Month - Diebolt Brewing Company

Tue, Sep 03, 24

Diebolt Brewing boasts a rich family history in fermentation, dating back to distant relatives crafting Champagne in France. This legacy found its way to Denver in 2013 when Diebolt opened its doors, bringing a unique French-inspired twist to the city's thriving craft beer scene. Their dedication to quality, innovation, and community has solidified their position as a beloved and enduring fixture in Denver's brewing landscape.

All this brewing history culminated during the summer of 2013 with the opening of Diebolt Brewing Company in the up-and-coming North Denver neighborhood of Sunnyside. While initially they focused on exploring French ancestry and heritage through beer styles, they have continued to adjust their approach to brewing as the desire and popularity for new and unique styles shift throughout the years.

Electric Cowboy

Diebolt Brewing Company rounded up wagon loads of Citra, Cascade, and Nugget hops for bold citrus, pine, and tropical fruit flavors. Brewed with only the finest American barley for a light malt flavor and a refreshing finish. Grab the reins and hang on tight, this IPA is shockingly good.

Anton Francois

A clean, refreshing French Ale with a light malt and fruity arôme, crisp malt saveur that makes its way to a slightly earthy, hop bitterness and bready malt fin.

Boltlager

Behold, the infamous Boltlager! Keeping it as simple as possible, without any flair or dramatic fireworks. Their exclusive process produces a beer that drinks like a beer, with a smooth beer flavor, for a price you’d typically pay for a beer.

Brewed the easy way with the flakiest rice, not 5 but 6 row barley, and the finest French Strisselspalt hops.
