Our Cellar Sale is happening from 12/6-12/9 and only IN-STORE.  Come by any of those days for the best wine deals in town and stock up for the holidays!

Billecart-Salmon Brut Reserve

Talk about a celebration bottle-this 15 liter, 20 bottle, Nebuchadnezzar is sure to help you celebrate with 50 of your closest friends. This blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier is sourced from some of the best sites in Champagne.

On the nose-a maturity matched with fresh floral aromas and a lovely pear note; on the palate, it has a full flavor and a freshness that is best paired with good company.

Pierre Gimonnet Special Club Millesime 2015

One of the original founders of the “Special Club,” they represent only the best that Grower Champagnes have to offer and are only made during the best years.

On the nose- apple, tangerine, and grapefruit jump out of the glass; on the palate it has a creamy, rich finish with some great minerality-pairs with sautéed scallops.

Desaunay-Bissey Echezeaux 2018

A chance to own one of the last vintages from Bruno Desauney-Bissey before his passing in 2023. The 2018 Echezeaux has vines going back to 1913.

On the nose- spice notes, underbrush, and prune, evolving with age towards musk, leather, fur, and mushroom.  On the palate-velvety smooth, showing a complex fruit character with a multiplicity of flavors that linger on

One True Vine ‘Summer Dreams Golden Hour’ Pinot Noir 2019

From the famed Hundred Acre Winery in St Helena, this Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir is full bodied with a nose of black cherries, pomegranate, and black raspberries. Deep in the glass you will find truffles and crushed rocks. On the palate- it is elegant with layered flavors with an earthy and long finish. We recommend pairing it with beef filet or pork with mushroom sauce. This wine also scores 95 points on theParker’s 100 point rating system.

Choosing between these three incredible wines from the stellar 2018 vintage is like asking a parent who is their favorite kid. The amazing Ricardo Campinoti is the brain behind Le Ragnaie. They have some of the highest elevation vineyards in Montalcino, which result in a wonderfully elegant Brunello. All three of these wines excite the nose and palate with complexity and offer young wine notes combined with well-aged wine notes. We suggest pairing with a large simply grilled ribeye.

Parker’s 100 point rating system scores for these three:

Vingna Vecchia 96 points

Casanovina Montesoli 95 points

Passo del Lune 96 points

The Mascot Napa Valley Red Wine 2018

The Mascot is a Napa Valley cabernet sauvignon made from distinct hillside vineyards; specifically, the younger vines of BOND, Harlan Estate, and Promontory. It started out as a small project shared among the family, winemaking team, and close friends.

The 2018 vintage exhibits a complex nose of blackberries, black cherries, and cassis, intertwined with notes of graphite, tobacco, and a touch of oak. On the palate, the wine reveals rich layers of dark fruit, well-integrated tannins, and brisk acidity, offering a balanced and full-bodied mouthfeel;

pair with Beef Wellington.

Burgess Napa Valley ‘Hillside Vineyards’ Cabernet Sauvignon 2015 1.5L

This estate traces its history back to the late 1870s when it was planted by Swiss/Italian immigrants. Eventually it became the Souverain estate where legends like Warren Winiarski (Stags Leap Wine Cellars) and Mike Grgich fine-tuned their craft. Tom Burgess purchased the estate in 1972. The wines are made from two estate vineyards, with soils composed primarily of volcanic ash with large granitic boulders. The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged in French oak barrels of which 15% is new.
