A featured cocktail from The Big Eat 2021, the Juan Daily from Kachina is the perfect twist on the classic Arnold Palmer. The pineapple juice adds a wonderful layer of flavor that’ll have you asking for Juan daily.

Ingredients

1.5 oz Tito’s Vodka
.5 oz Tepache (or non-fermented pineapple juice)
2 oz Lemonade
2 oz Iced Tea

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine alcohol in an ice-filled highball glass. Layer lemonade and iced tea over, in that order.
