Behind The Brew

Amazon. Microsoft. Apple. Bonfire Brewing. What do they have in common? They all started in a garage!

Bonfire Brewing was founded by roommates Matt Wirtz and Andy Jessen in Eagle, Colorado. After receiving a homebrew kit for his birthday, Matt set up a system in his garage and began to brew with help from Andy.

In 2010, the two decided it was time to take their homebrewing hobby to the next level and Bonfire Brewing, LLC was born. Over the past decade, the business has continued to grow, and as they say…the rest is history!

Packaging

Bonfire designs their packaging are to epitomize the Bonfire lifestyle and tell stories of adventure, the great outdoors and delicious beer! We love a good homage to Mother Nature (+ Bonfire’s creativity).

Community First

Bonfire Brewing considers their taproom the local watering hole where people can meet new friends, spend some time dancing to local music and enjoy the party — in non-COVID times, of course!

Although their events are currently paused to ensure the safety of the community, we’re excited to see what they have in store for once it’s safe!

Molly's Staff Thoughts - Grant's Pick

“When I think of the perfect beer to enjoy while putting 2020 far, far behind us, I go straight to Molly’s Sip of Colorado. Light enough to start the countdown a little bit early but just enough flavor to know you’re drinking something crafted in Colorado.”
