Return & Exchange Policy

Damaged / Defective Product: ex: corked wine, flat beer, broken bottle or broken seal

  • Exchange for same product (if out of stock, we will issue credit toward another product)
  • Must have the original receipt and/or a Rewards Membership showing the purchase
  • Returns over $50 will be at the Department Managers discretion
 

Return / Exchange Policy:

  • Product must be in saleable condition/undamaged. The seal must be unbroken and all labels must be intact (ex: no water damage, peeled labels etc.)
  • Must have the original receipt and/or a Rewards Membership showing the purchase
  • No Refunds / Store Credit Only on Molly’s Gift Card
  • Refunds only on large event orders
  • Returns over $50 will be at the Department Managers discretion
