Using an Anejo Mezcal barrel from a small producer in 2016,
this batch was left to mingle until its release.
This Mezcal finish was a shot in the dark. We fully expected to have to discard this batch, but after tasting a few months in, it was much lighter than we thought. The smoke and petrol finish has an un beatable balance.
Notes of smoke and oak with hints of caramel, vanilla and leather.
